During the bright Nordic summer a group of children reveals mysterious powers. But what starts out as innocent play, soon takes a dark and violent turn in this gripping supernatural thriller.
With its tense atmosphere and lacking of the shiny special effects we are all already used to, The Innocents creates that pleasant discomfort we want from a good supernatural thriller. While Vogt skillfully explores the concept of innocence through the prism of childhood, many see the legacy of the great Stephen King in his masterfully naturalistic view. You wonder what The Boys childhood in the mega popular Amazon superheroes series looked like? Watch The Innocents!
