During the extradition from the Philippines to South Korea, a group of hardened criminals teams up against experienced agents in an attempt to escape from a floating prison. However, the prisoners and the police are not the only secret live cargo being transported within the bowels of the ship. The escape plan quickly turns into a brutal fight for survival against a supernatural creature created in a secret laboratory experiment.
